Global Grilling has been on my bookshelf for a long time.  This cookbook offers recipes for grilling all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables in a variety of global styles.  Every recipe I’ve tried has been loaded with flavor.

I rely on this cookbook when I need a marinade or spice treatment for grilling.  Some of my favorite recipes are Chicken Satay with Thai Peanut Sauce, Lemongrass Grilled Beef and Jay’s Jerk Chicken.  I know I could find versions of many of  this book’s recipes online, but the results I get from Global Grilling are so consistently tasty that I don’t bother.

Unfortunately this cookbook does not include photos of the food.  It’s out of print but used versions are available online at reasonable prices.
